A bike fit with Kevin is more than adjusting your bike for a numb hand or knee pain. An optimal bike fit is an art form based on intuition and countless years of experience. Kevin will not only incorporate your physical characteristics (flexibility, skeletal build), your goals, and your strengths or weaknesses into your fit, but
he also balances this with a focus on proper technique, alignment, and form for optimal cycling efficiency and power transfer leveraging Kevin’s 20+ years of cycling coaching experience.

Fit with Technical Consultation

Private 90-minute 1x1 Bike Fit with Kevin. There are two main components to our fit:

  1. Set up of your bike - Review bike, saddle, shoe & cleat fit with discussion around concerns or problem areas.

  2. Technical Consultation - Optimize your form and technique to increase your cycling efficiency and power transfer. Fully harness your bike fit and reduce injuries with Kevin’s 20+ years of coaching experience.

For an additional bike(s), add an additional hour when booking.

Kevin’s scientific and organized approach was impressive. The RETÜL technology was excellent, but Kevin is so experienced I could see it was just confirming with greater precision that which he’d already observed. To have someone of this skill who is also very patient and who customizes his methodology to your goals and level is a great combination, whether you are a novice or a serious biker.

The accuracy and thoroughness of the methodology paid off. Riding my bike was much more fun in two ways. With adjustments, and with coaching on technique, I was able to ride longer. My pains were just, well, gone. However, what surprised me was that I’d picked up another 10 to 20% more power and speed just by having the right fit and essentially 1 hour of focus on technique. I couldn’t believe the difference.
