“When I started training with Kevin he had me do my FTP test. He then set my Power Zones. All of my workouts were specific to my zones. Though I felt slow at first and even slower 1-1/2 months into the program, it felt right. Kevin kept ensuring me through regular feedback that we were on the right path. Then WHAMO… it happened!!! My pace jumped up without going any harder.
