Each Pedal Hard class is one hour of focused, coach supervised training. We custom tailor your workout to your current fitness level and future goals. Using metrics such as power, heart rate, and cadence, we can track your progress and ensure you are making the most efficient use of your training time.We also offer 1-on-1 sessions by appointment, group or club training, and longer endurance sessions.
At Pedal Hard Centers, we train on Computrainers which are known for their 2.5% accuracy; providing the consistency needed for progress. In addition to the metrics, Computrainers allow clients to ride our coach-designed courses, or use real-time GPS data that allows athletes to train on specific courses.
